Duration and rates : A full day is approximately 23 hours, from 10 am until 9 am the following day. Public holidays are charged at the weekend rate.

Winter conditions : Any snow clearance is the hirer’s responsibility. In very cold weather, the water may be turned off and the toilets unavailable.

Waste and fire bowl : Grilling is prohibited indoors and permitted only at the fire bowl / outdoor fireplace. Waste disposal and cleaning the fire bowl are the hirer’s responsibility.

Use of the venue : Subletting is prohibited. ADS members receive a 20% discount on the hire rate.

Cancellation : For cancellations during the month before the hire date, 50% of the amount paid is retained as compensation.

Liability : ADS accepts no liability in the event of fire, theft or accident. The hirer confirms that they hold personal liability insurance.

Payment : Pay the amount by TWINT using the QR code in the agreement. Enter your name and the hire date as the reference. The booking is confirmed after the management has verified the payment.

Respect for the site : The hirer agrees to protect nature and respect agricultural and forestry activities, and to return the premises to their original condition.
